She suggested
- Make the herbal infusion as normal (I usually heat a quart of water and add approx. ½ cup dried nettle leaf & allow to steep 4+hrs,)
- Pour a juice concentrate in a pitcher
- Add extra water (a quart or so)
- Add the infusion for an extra boost of vitamins. (See Picture Below)
I can attest that this has definitely made me more prone to drink my infusions (aka “liquid vitamins”) on a regular basis.
