We had an excess of cabbages, so our friend researched how to dehydrate them into "cabbage chips." She used a combination of the following recipes (click pdf document below):
The yummy cabbage chips were wonderful!
(BTW, this recipe can also be used for kale, spinach, chard, collard greens, beet greens, sorrell and arugula.
