Aside from a strict diet and herbal regime, Marlon has also been encouraged by a friend to begin cycling. He's done two 10mile rides and I'm so glad he's found this outlet. As for me, I plan to schedule more outdoor walking and to maintain my exercise schedule on Wii-Fit.
