We're in the season of preparing for the Fall Feasts, appointed times by our Creator. This is a very reflective season and I'm posting a little snip-it from an message I recieved....I pray it is a blessing:
SHABBAT SHUVAH
Shabbat Shuvah is the Shabbat
between the Feast of Trumpets
& Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement
What Does "Shuvah Yisrael" mean?
The words "Shuvah Yisrael" mean
"Return, O Yisrael," and are taken from Hosea 14:1,
where YHWH is commanding the nation of Yisrael
(By the blood of Messiah Y'shua,
you are grafted into the commonwealth of Yisrael)
to turn back to Him;
to repent of their sins,
and to seek the forgiveness that He, alone, provides.
SHUVAH LITERALLY MEANS
REPENT & RETURN
THIS IS THE WORD USED
THROUGHOUT THE BRIT CHADASHA,
The NEW COVENENT,
TESHUVAH MEANING TO REPENT OF SIN
AND TURN BACK TO
OBEYING THE WORD OF YHWH
TESHUVAH
Abba , we pray b'shem Moshiach Y'shua that all of our brothers and sisters will forgive one another and make peace, Ya'aseh Shalom, this Shabbat with each other and all Yisrael as we prepare to come before Elohim as One Yisrael Echad, this Yom Kippur . May we be one Body, One Redeemed and Restored Yisrael as You , Abba and Moshiach Y'shua are One"
(This is a great time to recite the "Shma Yisrael":
