I am so grateful for our membership to PJ Library (http://www.pjlibrary.org/). This program truly engages the children and has been a wonderful enhancement to our family time. In addition, there are blessings that can be used to further enrich the experience. Here are 2 excerpts from the ones that we've used:
- Humanistic Re-Envisioning of Numbers 6: 24-26 by Rabbi Binyamin Biber:
"I (We) bless you and watch over you with love and with the hope that your learning and god deeds bring you joy and long life.
May you help others and be an example to all, just as others help you and show you the paths of goodness.
May the best within you sine forth with compassion, and may you always lift up your face to meet others in peace"
-Traditional Jewish Blessing:
"May God Bless you and keep you,
May God deal kindly and graciously with you.
May God's resence be in your life,
and may you be blessed with peace.
